Licensing and disclaimers

Proprietary programs

Biotune programs are proprietary. Copying, sharing, or redistributing them without written permission is prohibited.

Personal and commercial licenses

A Tuning subscription is for your own personal listening. Commercial use requires a commercial license, whether you play programs for one client or for a group of guests or members.

Pro and Clinical subscriptions include a commercial license for one location and its team. Their fees reflect the music-use rights granted under that license.

Biotune pays its artists under usage agreements with different fees for personal and commercial use. Separate licensing for personal listening and business use is standard practice in the music industry.

Additional public-performance permissions may be required depending on your country and how the music is used. Confirm the requirements for your venue or event.

What a subscription includes

Biotune Pro and Clinical provide commercial access for one location and its team.

Scent equipment, live SoniQ Serenity activations, and a custom-branded app are scoped separately for each property and are not included in the base subscription.

Hardware is sold separately.

Wellness, not medical treatment

Biotune is a wellness offering. It does not diagnose, treat, or cure any condition, and it is not a substitute for medical care.

Do not stop or change any medication without talking to your doctor.

Trauma-related care belongs with a qualified therapist.

Results and comparisons

Pilot figures are reported by participants and are not independent clinical trials. Individual experiences vary.

Competitor comparisons are based on publicly available information. Where documentation is missing, no absence of a feature is implied.

Equipment

Biotune equipment delivers the best results. Programs also play on any equipment that accepts external audio. Check your equipment's audio input before use.
